We want you to love your art. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged in transit?

We’re sorry that happened. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll handle the carrier claim and ship a replacement within a few days—no hassle to you.

Every painting is created to order—just for you. Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks. Good art takes care (and it’s worth the wait).

During creation, our artists share progress photos and short videos of your piece. You can request tweaks—colors, tones, and subtle details—and we’ll refine until it feels exactly right.

Once you approve, we ship via express courier (FedEx / DHL) with tracking.
