At Eleganart, we believe collecting art should be inspiring, seamless, and worry-free. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with clarity and simplicity so you can shop with confidence.

Our Artwork Quality Promise

Every Eleganart piece is an original, hand-painted oil painting on canvas. Subtle variations are part of the authenticity that makes each work unique.

While all our artists follow the same reference, slight differences in brushwork, color blending, and interpretation may occur. That said, we are fully committed to ensuring your piece matches your expectations. Our artists will make adjustments based on your feedback.

If the artwork you receive does not match the painting confirmed prior to shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Damage Protection

In the rare case your painting arrives damaged, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund.

Please provide photos of the damage and packaging so our team can assist promptly.

Custom Artwork Policy

  • Custom colors or sizes are non-returnable after delivery.

  • Cancellations before shipping are subject to a $100 material fee.

Each custom piece is made exclusively for you. As these works cannot be resold, we appreciate your understanding.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

We will assist in arranging return shipping; however, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Important Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, you have 14 days to return the artwork.

  • Artwork must be in original condition and securely packaged, preferably in its original box.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand a piece may not always suit your space, style, or scale.

You may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by you. Once we receive the artwork in its original condition, a full refund will be promptly issued.

Tip: Please package the artwork carefully to ensure safe transit back to us.
