Artwork

What is the production time for an artwork?

Most artworks are completed and delivered within 1–3 weeks after your order is placed. For large or bulk orders, please contact us at contact@eleganart.com to confirm the timeframe.

How is my artwork packaged?

We use strict packaging standards to ensure every artwork arrives safely.

  • Rolled Canvas: Shipped in a durable tube for protection and easy framing upon arrival.
  • Small Stretched/Framed Artwork: Sent flat in a sturdy cardboard box with internal padding.
  • Large Stretched/Framed Artwork: Packed in a custom wooden crate for maximum safety during international transport.
Can I update or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be updated once shipped. To make changes or cancel before dispatch, contact us at info@eleganart.com.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with trusted global couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Is delivery insured?

All artworks are fully insured during delivery. There are no hidden or additional costs.

Can I ship to someone else or another country?

Yes, we can ship to any address specified at checkout. For gifts or surprises, let us know — we’ll coordinate discreetly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your artwork within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. The item must be in original packaging and condition. Email us at info@eleganart.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

What if my artwork is damaged during delivery?

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Inspect and unpack it in front of the courier (if possible).
  • Ask them to note the damage on the delivery slip.
  • Take clear photos of the package and artwork.
  • Email the photos to info@eleganart.com for immediate assistance.

Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue is resolved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You can also use a debit or credit card through PayPal checkout without creating an account.

Import Taxes & Duties

Are import taxes included in the price?

Import duties and local taxes are not included in the artwork price and may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Orders under $800 USD to the United States are duty-free.
